Living Room Damp-Proof Membrane Installed – Harrogate
This living room in Harrogate was showing clear signs of rising damp, so we’ve carried out the first stage of a full damp-proofing system. The affected walls have been fully prepared and fitted with a professional damp-proof membrane to isolate moisture and prevent it from migrating into the internal finishes.
Once the membrane installation is complete, the room will be re-boarded and plaster skimmed, leaving a clean, dry, and long-lasting finish ready for decoration. This system ensures the damp issue is treated at the root, not just covered over.
